Our family enjoyed ourselves immensely. Most important for us is that the All Inclusive resort that was recommended lived up to the hype. It was amazing and fun. And they had activities on site that catered to all ages - so everyone in our family got to enjoy activities they loved. Thanks to Anna for helping us plan this memorable experience. This was my first ever cruise and Anna Prizzi was knowledgeable, professional and answered all my first timer questions. She found the perfect cruise for us and we had a wonderful trip in every way. Brian was an attentive and thoughtful travel partner on the trip. While the hotel experience at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica left a lot to be desired, Brian's expertise, experience, patience, solution orientation, and client service were able to shine. Though the hotel was recently acquired by the Bon Voy Marriott brand, their service was subpar and lacked the quality I've come to expect as a brand loyalist and Platinum Elite member. However, in contrast, Brian was completely accessible, helpful, and a general delight to be around, even as he was inundated with complaints about the hotel. He was in constant contact with the hotel, following up on details and doing his best to deliver our group the best experience possible despite the challenges with the hotel.
There is much to praise in Brian's approach, demeanor, and follow-up. However, they pale compared to one specific detail of Brian's behavior that I want to share. Our group included a wide range of ages, and my Soror, who turned 73 during the trip, was keen on experiencing every possibility she could while away. This included a day-long excursion with a short (~20 min) hike to a beautiful waterfall. My Soror had promised herself that she'd see the waterfall but worried that she'd slow the group down or need too much help to successfully navigate the trail. With tears in her eyes and disappointment on her face, she briefly considered not joining the rest of the group. Brian looked at her and said, "WE can do this - just follow me and do exactly what I tell you, and we'll get to the waterfall." About 30 minutes later, my Soror was tearing up for a different reason. With the sincerest look of gratitude and accomplishment this time, she posed with Brian in front of the waterfall, having checked something off her trip bucket list. Brian, so patient and determined to give my Soror the experience she wanted, went above and beyond the call of duty to make her feel alive and capable. I know she will carry that fond memory of Brian being so kind and generous in spirit for the rest of her life!

Honestly I didn't really think I needed a travel agent until now.
You have no idea just how much goes on to make your vacation perfect and I've tried to do stuff for myself before but no matter how much time I spend looking into where I wanna go I DEFINITELY don't know as much as Anna when it comes to deciding what it is I'm really looking for. She has so much knowledge it's incredible and it feels like she's been everywhere lol If you want the best by the best this is the place. No exaggeration.
